Our Story

I started CHARGEDSUPPS® because I saw a problem in the supplement world. After tearing my ACL during football season I spent countless hours in the gym trying to rebuild and grow. As a Biochemistry major at UT Austin I knew creatine worked, but messy powders and inconsistent dosing were a hassle. When my pet got into some spilled powder — giving me a scare — I realised creatine should be simple, safe and enjoyable.

I used my background in science and the Founders Entrepreneurship Program to turn that idea into CHARGEDSUPPS®. We created a 4-in-1 gummy that delivers 5g of creatine monohydrate per 3-gummy serving, plus BCAAs, taurine and L-carnitine, in a vegan blend. Three gummies a day — 40 servings a jar. We combined real science with a taste you'll actually finish, because creatine only does anything if you take it consistently.

Being a biochemist is also why I'll tell you the thing most brands in this category won't: creatine degrades into inert creatinine in the heat and moisture of a gummy, independent labs have found roughly half of creatine gummies failing their label claim, and creatine powder is cheaper than what I sell. We write about all of it on our blog, including the parts that don't flatter us. If you want the cheapest grams of creatine per dollar, buy monohydrate powder. If you want the version you'll still be taking in week four, that's what we make.

But CHARGEDSUPPS® is about more than just making better supplements. From day one we have set aside a portion of our profits to help the homeless in our community. For us, strength is not just built in the gym — it is used to lift others up. This is only the beginning as we continue to grow and reach more people in need.
