CHARGEDSUPPS® RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Eligible items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

1.3 Non-returnable items:

  • Opened/used products (hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • International orders (Section 5 applies)

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1 Initiate returns by emailing:
chargedsupps@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return

2.2 Upon approval:

  • U.S. customers receive a prepaid UPS return label

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Refunds issued to original payment method within:

  • 3-5 business days after we receive the return

3.2 Deductions may apply for:

  • Missing/wrong items returned

  • Damage caused by customer

4. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

4.1 Report within 7 calendar days of delivery to:
chargedsupps@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Order number

4.2 We will:

  • Send a free replacement (if stock available), or

  • Issue a full refund

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

5.1 Not eligible for returns due to:

  • Customs restrictions

  • Prohibitive shipping costs

5.2 Defective items: Contact us for resolution options
