1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1.1 We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Eligible items must be:

1.3 Non-returnable items:

Opened/used products (hygiene reasons)

Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

International orders (Section 5 applies)

2.2 Upon approval:

U.S. customers receive a prepaid UPS return label

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
3. REFUNDS

Missing/wrong items returned

Damage caused by customer
